Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Zola Live account and personal data at any time. Here is how.

In the app

1. Open the Zola Live app and go to the “Me” tab.
2. Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photos, chats, followers and call history are deleted within 30 days.
• Unused coins, VIP time and unwithdrawn host earnings are forfeited.
• Payment and tax records are kept as required by law (up to 8 years).
• Data needed to prevent fraud or abuse may be kept for up to 90 days.
